Enhancements

New and Unified Workspace

The new Workspace streamlines how users work with Opportunities, Use Cases, and other Salesforce records by providing a single, consistent, and contextual interface.

  • Centralized entry point for all supported Salesforce objects.

  • Standardized layout with object-specific insights.

  • Tabs for key items: Overview, Action Items, Notes, Files, Engagement, Emails, Sales Methodology, and Custom tabs.

  • Additional widgets for quick information on key items: Cards, Meetings, Emails, Deal Vitals, Sales Methodology, Engagement Chart, Engagement Contacts, List Cart, and List value.

  • Quick-access toolbar with record switching, field updates, Slack integration, and Calendar.

  • Left-side fields pane for details, comments, and AI insights

This change eliminates fragmented views, helping teams work more efficiently and access all critical pipeline data in one place.

L2 (Level 2) Subordinates Forecasting Visibility

Users with two levels of roles or territory reporting to them can now expand and view their subordinates’ reports in the Team Results section of the Forecasting page.

  • Both the manager’s call and the team call are visible, along with the difference between them.

  • A configurable variance threshold can be set on categories for this difference. If the difference exceeds the threshold, it is automatically highlighted.

  • Visibility is limited to only two levels below: the direct level and the next level underneath.

Forecast Visibility for Salesforce Records in Workspace(previously known as Boomcard)

Forecasting Call details are now available directly in a Record’s Workspace for quick access.

  • Forecasting call details are visible based on the highest level or territory/role of the user.

  • Calls are limited to those made for the Record that have their close date(dimensions) in the current quarter.

  • Users can switch categories using the dropdown menu.

  • If the Record has split fields, split calls are also displayed (requires configuration in the Admin Panel).

Updated Forecast Submission Flow for Managers

Managers who own their own opportunities can now submit forecasting calls for those opportunities in a simpler way.

  • Managers must now select their level view from the Team Results section and use the Submit Forecast button for individual submissions.

  • The option to select between Team Forecast and Individual Forecast has been removed. Clicking Submit Forecast now opens the Team Forecast submission by default.

  • The Card View and List View buttons have also been removed, and both views are visible by default as part of this update.

Dark Mode Support

MaxIQ now supports multiple application themes: Light, Dark, and System.

  • Light (default): Displays the application in a light theme.

  • Dark (new): Switches the application to a dark theme.

  • System (new): Automatically adapts the application theme to the system’s settings.

  • Users can toggle between themes from the My Profile section in the Settings.

  • The Dark and System themes are being released as Beta.

Action Items Renamed to Tasks.

The Action Items tab has been renamed to Tasks. This is a label change only; all existing features and functionalities remain the same.

Bug Fixes / Minor enhancements

The following bugs have been fixed as part of this release as well.

  • Forecasting periods are appearing differently for users in the same tenant, due to the application calculating periods based on each user’s timezone.

  • AI Assist was intermittently providing inconsistent responses to the same question with different interpretations.

  • In certain cases, users on the Safari browser are unable to select Fields or apply Group By options in the pipeline view.

This release also includes various other minor bug fixes and performance improvements to enhance overall stability, efficiency, and usability.
