MaxIQ is a B2B platform designed to help teams integrate, analyze, and act on data from various business tools — including Gmail, Google Calendar. To make your experience better, we ask for your permission to access certain parts of your Google account. Here's what we ask for and why:

Basic Info

What we ask for: Your name, Your email address, Your profile picture

Why we need it: We use this to recognize you when you log in and connect you with your company's account. This keeps your experience secure and personalized.

Google Calendar (View only)

What we ask for: Read-only access to your calendar events.

Why we need it: We show your upcoming meetings and help your team prepare better with helpful insights — all based on your existing calendar.

✅ We never create, delete, or change any of your calendar events.

Gmail (View only)

What we ask for: Read-only access to your email metadata (subject, sender, time) Why we need it: This helps us provide smart suggestions and reports based on your work communication — like tracking important emails or follow-ups.

✅ We never read the content of your emails, and we never send emails on your behalf.

Steps to Connect Calendar & Email

  1. Click Your Name in the bottom left corner

  2. Select Settings --> Integrations --> Linked Applications

  3. Follow the prompts in Google or O365 to authorize the connection
