Logging in to MaxIQ

Steps to Log into the MaxIQ Platform

Access to MaxIQ requires authentication through one of the supported login methods. Depending on the organization’s configuration, users can sign in using Salesforce, Google, Office365, or Email and Password.

Before logging in, ensure that you have the required credentials for the appropriate login method.


Steps to Sign In

  1. Visit the MaxIQ website.

  2. Click the Sign In button located at the top-right corner.

  3. A new sign-in page will appear. Choose the appropriate login method based on your organization’s setup:

    • Enterprise Salesforce Users:

      • Click the Sign in with Salesforce button.

      • Enter the email id and click the Continue with Salesforce button.

      • Enter your password and click the Log In button.

      • To save your login credentials for future logins, check the Remember Me box.

    • Non-Salesforce Users:

      • Enter the email id and select the appropriate SSO login option: Sign in with Google, or Sign in with Office 365 button.

      • Follow the login steps for your Google Workspace or Office 365 account.

      • If you’re already logged in to your browser, you’ll be signed in automatically without a login flow.


Important Things to Consider

Use Sign in with Salesforce if You Have a Salesforce License

If you’re a licensed Salesforce user, always select Sign in with Salesforce.

This ensures you inherit all roles, permissions, and data access configured for your Salesforce account, providing the most accurate and secure experience within MaxIQ.

Avoid using other login methods like Google or Office 365 in this case.

Signing in with SSO (Single Sign-On)

If you have SSO credentials, you must log in using your SSO account: Google Workspace or Office 365.

If you are already logged into that account in your browser, simply enter your email and click the Sign in with Google or Sign in with Office 365 button to sign in.

If you are not logged into the account in your browser, you will need to complete the login flow for the selected SSO provider.


Troubleshooting Access Issues

  • Ensure your credentials are current and active.

  • Double-check that you’re using the correct email linked to your Salesforce account.

  • If issues persist, contact your MaxIQ admin or reach out to MaxIQ Support for assistance.
