Steps to Log into the MaxIQ Platform

Access to MaxIQ requires authentication through one of the supported login methods. Depending on the organization’s configuration, users can sign in using SSO, Salesforce, Google, Office365, Okta, or email and password.

Before logging in, ensure the appropriate login method is selected and the required credentials are available.

Steps to Sign In

  1. Visit the MaxIQ website.

  2. Click the Sign In button located at the top-right corner.

  3. A new sign-in page will appear. Choose the appropriate login method based on your organization’s setup:

    • Sign in with Salesforce – Use your Salesforce credentials.

    • Sign in with Google – Log in with your Google Workspace account.

    • Sign in with Office 365 – Use your Microsoft Office 365 credentials.

    • Sign in with Okta – Authenticate via Okta SSO.

    • Sign in with Email – Enter your email address and password.

  4. Input your mail ID and click the Sign in button.

  5. Enter your password and log in to the application.

  6. To save your login credentials for future logins, check the Remember Me box.

Important Things to Consider

Use Sign in with Salesforce if You Have a Salesforce License

If you’re a licensed Salesforce user, always select Sign in with Salesforce. This ensures you inherit all roles, permissions, and data access configured for your Salesforce account, providing the most accurate and secure experience within MaxIQ. Avoid using other login methods like Google or Office 365 in this case.

SSO Compatibility

If your organization uses a Single Sign-On(SSO) provider (e.g., Okta), selecting Sign in with Salesforce will automatically redirect you to your SSO login screen. This seamless integration allows centralized and secure access without requiring additional steps.

No SSO? Bookmark the Page

Organizations not using SSO can still log in directly via the Salesforce option. In this scenario, you can bookmark the login page or save the direct URL for faster access in the future.

Troubleshooting Access Issues

Having trouble logging in?

  • Double-check that you’re using the correct email linked to your Salesforce account.

  • Ensure your credentials are current and active.

  • If issues persist, contact your MaxIQ admin or reach out to MaxIQ Support for assistance.
